Ok, so another mystery solved... it's the installer that doesn't love XP 64, but LP loves it. :) We'll add that to the list. Thanks for trying that out.

Well having never played the 360 version of LP I have to say I am blown away by what little I have just played of the demo. My rig isn't exactly high end (compared to some) but the game runs astonishingly good on the preset graphical settings. And boy is it a blast! (in every way imaginable) Plus I am playing with a 360 pad for windows and it works beautifully (even the rumble feature works for once) It's honestly the most impressive looking game I have ever run on my machine (which I've only had a few months) and I've played lots of stuff on it since then. It's just missing support for my native 1440x900 widescreen monitor, but I hear that could be sorted come release.
Kudos to everyone involved in porting this game to the PC, I honestly think it will set a new standard for console to PC ports proving at long last that given the right amount of TLC they can be done justice.
Fantastic stuff, you just know my preorders back in place :D
