Well, here's the "beauty" that I get while running the DX9 version on WinXP About a minute into the game. 1280x960. The rest on default. I average 45 fps according to the demo's benchmark. My system: AMD Athlon X2 4200+ 1 GB of RAM BFG GeForce 8800 GTS 320Mb (OC @ 580/1700)

What driver version are you running? Can you reboot and run it again and if so, is the OOM error reproducable?

Well, immidiately after that crash, when I try to run demo again, I'm getting the following error (crash-to-desktop) while changing the game resolution: Looks like a video card memory leak to me. I'm using a 158.19 WinXP drivers for 8800. I'll reboot and re-start it the demo again and see what happens.

Well, yes, I was able to replicate the error again.
After a reboot, once again, after a minute of gameplay, game locks up with the same E_OUTOFMEMORY message.
Suprisingly, I was able to run the Performance Test in the demo with no problems till the end.

I'm sort of baffled... want to try something a little risky (caveat emptor). There's some 160.03 drivers at Beyond3D that seem to have popped up last week. Want to give those a shot? http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1633

Want to give those a shot? http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1633 While I do that, there is another person on this forum that seems to have the same problem, and he has the same video card as me, GeForce 8800 GTS with 320Mb ==> http://www.capcom.com/BBS/showthread.php?t=14084
I'll try those drivers and see what happens. It seems like the 320Mb versions of 8800 cards suffer from some sort of memory leak.

You been gone a while... I hope that means you're playing and it's working? :)

You been gone a while... I hope that means you're playing and it's working? :) OK, with the new drivers and I've closed FRAPS from running in the background, I was able to finish the Snow Pirate base mission. No crashes.
Thank you for your help.

I love it when a plan comes together... /Hannibal It'd be funny if I launch FRAPS again and it crashes again... and that it'll be all FRAPS fault.
Also, whatsup with 360's icons being still in the demo? As well as complete diagram for 360 controls lol. Are you hoping that some poor soul will play this on PC with 360 controller?
