"I downloaded xinput1_3.dll from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...html?xinput1_3 and then I got d3dx10_33.dll error. I download d3dx10_33.dll from http://www.m3fe.com/760/ and the game ran. I placed both of the files in windows/system/ folder."

Or just download that.  Fixed my error with the d3dx10_33.dll.

Or just follow the link below, download the correct missing file and extract it to /Windows/System32 folder.
