How do I start using rocket launcher and grenade? I pressed G for grenade but the player didn't throw any grenade?

I press the left mouse button which fires machine gun. Right mouse button default is to zoom-in.

How do I change setting to get grenade?

Check what keys you have everything bound to in the PC settings section. Mine is default so G is grenade but to fire rocket launcher you just switch to rocket launcher (mouse wheel) then fire normally as if it was the machine gun.

Assuming you have a rocket launcher on you. Use middle mouse button by default to switch weapons. And e to pick them up. I would stick with keyboard and mouse way better than controllers. :)
