Man, Lost Planet 1 was so good, and had a boat load of potential. It oozed it. Could have been like the next Japanese Halo. Then Lost Planet 2 came along and was totally different with it's heavy multiplayer. Definitely wasn't the experience for me, although I respected it. 

Then 3... and the ball just dropped so hard. Here's hoping for a revival. Dead Rising and Lost Planet could do with em'.
