Hi. I have strange problem. Just bought new PC and reinstalled Colonies. When typed in cd key it says that number of allowed installations is overdrawed. It`s a big surpise cause i`ve reinstalled this game with this key more than 20 times in past 4 years and never had any issues. Does anyone know how many installations is allowed with 1 key ?

That I do not, the only thing I can suggest is phone customer support and explain the situation to them as long as you have your original code and details handy they may be able to help

Tech support or customer support was NEVER helpfull when i tried. It seems like automatic answering machine to get ride of stupid cutomers not real people trying to solve anything. I bought new copy. 5 $ for new, foiled box. No time for solving it with support for weeks. A day without Lost Planet is a lost day :)

Cant you just buy a new copy?  isnt that how games work today?  I think when you buy a game you are only allowed to use it so many times or something, its weird but I try to avoid those types of games that do that.
