here are some things NOBODY DOES in lost coast that help me towards victory in Akrid hunter:
1. take a VS, find a dongo, yes the rolly-polly, go to the tunnel close to the bridges to the right of where you respawn. lure the dongo into the back of the tunnel. Now there will be just enough room for you to jump in the back so wait until the dongo hopefully rolls into the back andddd... JUMP! now run to the front of the tunnel in the VS and get out so the VS is still in the tunnel and run out, the dongo will be trapped for good!(or until some dope moves the VS) now go to your respawn point and there should be a depression with a vertical drop, go down and head through the underwater garage to the direction of the tunnel. now you have access to the dongo if he is there. use the achor to grapple to the crack in the wall, but be careful not to get killed. Slay away! But people do get pissed and sometimes leave the game. Honestly I can't blame them. I'd be pissed at me if I were them too! XD
2. know all shortcuts and tunnels so you can make a quick getaway if the battle is too heated for you. also useful if you are being chased. STUDY EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY.
3. make sure you know where all of the thermal machines are so you never run low.
