Switch to Forum Live View Machine gun Sp no longer obtainable?

I remember the only way to unlock this gun wad to have a save file from the mp demo, the mp demo is no longer available on the playstation store. I assume there's no other possible way to unlock this weapon?

The Demo gave early access to the Machine Gun SP. It can be obtained via the Slot Machine in the Full Game. But the Nom de Guerre "Played The Demo" can not be obtained, but it is not needed for the Platinum/1000G
