You have probably found the area with the nearly secret path through the buildings.  Go up there, before you walk out the far end look along the left walls when facing exit.  Somewhere along there there is a section that looks a bit like a doorway with 2 chunks of rock blocking the path.  Shoot those rocks, or throw a grenade at them.

 If they break you have then found the path to the Femmes Fatales.  If not you just didn't find the right gap yet.

Yup. I tried that the second time I was looking for the Femme Fatales. It was pretty fun destroying all of those Akrid Hives using a giant "CON-NON" and watnot.

In response to the whole Female voice ordeal, think of your character as just a blatant skin, although the cutscenes show your individual character, everything else is the same, for instance every male character will sound the same as well. Adding in a female voice would basically be making twice the cutscenes by replacing 4 of the voices with a different female voice. Then having to add a trigger to where whenever you have Femme Fatale Head equiped, it changes that slot's character voice to the female version.

Basically, it could work. Just that, in no disrespect, there are so many other things that need to be addressed.
