It´s almost impossible but you can get parts.

Actually not that Impossible I myself got every Outfit from the slot machine but it did take some doing I needed a lot of credits around 1,300,000 I think

This is a guess but Level 40 Snow Pirate Elites may work. I got mine to level 30 and i got the Akrid armour with the little horns on top, so I guess the spiky one will be level 30.

Once you get all the emotes and abilities the slot machine becomes 10,000 per use but only dishes out sp weapons and outfits.
