I was rank 14 yesterday but today I'm 0, I lost everything on the progression sphere but when I check my records it shows that I played for 4 hours and how many credits I've accumulated in total. What happened? I gave this title a chance and this is my reward? I doubt I can get my progression back but I refuse to invest more time if it's going to get wiped again.

I will do my best to look into this. To clarify, it's still showing the correct play time and number of credits? Is this on the PC, Xbox 360, or PS3?

Yes it shows everything I did credits earned and play time, but everything I brought is gone along with my rank. This is on 360. I could provide a video if it helps.

This has happened to me multiple times.When I was level 25 I got reset to 1.On my day off work I played all day and reached 70 and got on the following day and was level 42.Since I got reset to level 42 every time I get reset I go all the back to 42 and lose any progression's I obtained.Fix this asap

It happened again this time I hit 34 yesterday and now I'm 0. Why can't the game keep track of my progression? Good job spark you met everyone's expectations as a failure of a developer. Multiplayer is dependent on your progression where you locked away all the upgrades and I'm constantly at disadvantage thanks to that pointless progression sphere. A lv 0 has very little resources compared to a lv 30. Or to put it more precisely a person who has unlocked 30 upgrades and abilities compared to the 0 I have due to this glitch. I have spent 2 days playing and getting my stuff back only to keep losing it every time I either turn the system on or off.
Long story short: Fix your broken game. You made a system where progression is key. And I cannot progress.

It does seem like a strange one, I have not encountered this on the PS3 Yet.

My theory is at some point the game stops auto saving. But that doesn't explain the 3rd glitch wiping my stats. Also someone brought up this happening on PC.
